A Beginners Guide to Proper Email Marketing Campaigns

email marketing campaigns   You have heard the stories of people creating a small fortune with their email list. You now understand its role in your marketing endeavors. And, you want to make the most of your email marketing campaigns.
You realize the importance of building an email list. Did something go off course!
You followed the advice of the “gurus” to the T and you still are not making a profit.
     What could have gone wrong?  Why have others succeeded where you have failed?
This is where I come in…
I have HELD Email Open Rates as high as 70 PERCENT!¬† My Click Though Rates average about 35 Percent…still considered EXTREMELY healthy for my niche and audience.

     Understand, using email marketing is a great way to your e-commerce business or blog.

But, first thing you need to grasp is just because you send a batch of people from a list they might have subscribed to, doesn’t mean they are going to magically buy from you instantly.

Tips to Creating an Effective Email Marketing Campaigns

1) Get your customers to trust you and your content

¬† ¬† ¬†Let me prepare you right now.¬† As you read this, you may think, “What does this have to do with email marketing?”¬† Well, for starters, EVERY successful Network Marketer has a blog.¬† And, EVERY successful Network Marketer will tell you the purpose of your list to help drive traffic to your blog!
¬† ¬† ¬† Zack Loescher is CEO of¬†ResidualGenius.¬† He is a 20-year veteran First Responder and a rather successful Networking Coach.¬† “Your blog is where you nurture your list,” says Zach.
¬† ¬† ¬†“It’s where most of your list meet you.¬† It’s where they will fall in love with your content.¬† And, eventually follow your recommendations to buy!”
               Doors of opportunity will open as if magically, if you follow these steps!
¬†¬† ¬† You don’t have to stand by and hope someone visits your content anymore. Every time you write a blog post follow these steps:
  • Visit a question and answer site;
  • Search for the keyword you used in your blog;
  • A list of questions will come up;
  • Answer peoples question;
  • And, link back to your blog with a Call to Action!

Now¬†email your list.¬† In the subject line, ask if they had the same problem as “X

Let them know you have answered their question and was curious if they may be having the same problem.  They WILL open your email to see the answer you provided.

They will begin to see your knowledge in the areas they are struggling with and reach out to YOU!

Quora Stats     And, that really sums it up folks.
     Someone online is searching for an ANSWER to a question they have.  They find your answer on the Q & A sites and a link to more information or training.
     As they browse your site, they opt-in to receive additional information.  Thus, they join your targeted email campaign list dealing with that particular topic!
¬† ¬† ¬†As you can see, I have had great success using Q & A sites to build my authority and to add targeted followers to my list.¬† I learned this amazing strategy in the “Posting on Purpose” Course I took a few months back.
     It has worked like magic driving traffic to my blog, getting sign-ups and eventually sales!
Posting on Purpose has helped me move further in my business than any other I have ever taken!

2) Send Congruent Messages

This is the number TWO killer of your email marketing campaigns!  And, it is the next key to creating targeted email marketing campaigns.
     Make sure the email pointing them to your blog post is congruent  to the challenge they were facing when you first met them.
     The main problem I have discovered with email list that are not responsive is the list owner attempts to manage all of their email campaigns from ONE main list.
You mustn’t fall into this trap!
     Whatever topic or offer you are promoting, establish a special list for those individuals.
Then, create messages that match their desire.
¬† ¬† ¬†For example, if someone gets your¬†Facebook Training Offer, you wouldn’t send them updates on Twitter Marketing Strategies would you?¬† The topics are completely different.

3) Be REAL! 

¬† ¬† ¬†You should know, I didn’t pull these tips out of a hat!
I conducted an experiment with 10 Network Marketers inside my industry. I subscribed to each of their email list. Then, I watched, read and studied each to see which ones“attracted”¬†my attention.
     Within days, I had unsubscribed to over half. What was important was my notes as to the Reasons WHY I had Unsubscribed!
¬† ¬† ¬†One¬†reason was “unbelievable claims“.¬†¬†Unbelievable earning, unbelievable results, just simply unbelievable!¬† So, I unsubscribed!
Because, their credibility was destroyed with unbelievable claims.
     If there is one thing I have learned from my network experience, it is the fact that you will not be able to build a six-figure income in one month!
It is simply not going to happen.
     Therefore, keep your claims to your offers legitimate. If the average person could not produce the same results you claim, your credibility will take a hit.  And, this could potentially ruin your new business.
